What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We like to get to know them, what they like/dislike, what kind of a budget they want to work with, when they want there project completed, and make a educated decision on whether or not we will be a good fit for there project!

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We as a company get together once a week and discuss every job and the details of them, what we like about them, the process, the final results and the enduring value that it is. We are constantly growing and getting better, we will not stop! I am very proud of the projects we have completed and I feel that everyone of our clients “members of our paver family” our ravening about what we have done for them! How did you get started doing this type of work?

It all started when I was 14 years old and after school I would help my friend and his dad with his small landscaping jobs. Over the years I would help him out in the summers and slowly but surely this was shaping my future and winning my heart. When I got out of school I was so sure that this was my dream job that I went into this full time...little did I know that I would some day become the owner. Well, I got the chance to become owner when I was 18 years old and with a little bit of sweat, one wheelbarrow, one shovel, one truck, and one job we started out! It was a hard year with a lot of learning how to manage a business and make money with a lot of sweat, but it was a successful year as well. I can’t say how thrilled I am to have you on board as one of our clients! We like to think of our business as the Mercedes in the paver world. We don’t try to be the cheapest priced contractor that cuts corners and is afraid to display is shoddy work, instead we strive to give WORLD CLASS SERVICE AND WORKMANSHIP that will last for a lifetime. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do you want something that is going to last or something that will start falling apart in five years? How willing are they to back there hardscapes with a warranty? Do they have clean cut crew? Will they be the type of crew I can trust when I am gone to work and no one is around to watch?

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They really need to think about what there goal with there project is, Is this going to be a place to retreats and relax, a place to entertain, a bump in property value, or all of the above. There could be many reasons what you will install pavers but I think it is good for you to be educated in the concept and fundamental principal of pavers, and that is that “pavers have an enduring value that will outlast, out-beautify, and out-green any other type of patio or driveway product.
